AdoraBorealis ~Which Means Adorable Maxed Out!

I went over to visit my friend Lori's blog today. I thought the new blocks she is making for her Etsy store are really adorable. So I am reading the post and looking at ALL the photos she has on the blocks thinking, "These really are so stinkin' cute!" All of a sudden something clicked in my mind and I went back up to the top photo (which I am showing above.) It hit me out of nowhere that the blocks spelled out NOEL! Noel is the name my daughter is giving her baby girl-I just started laughing! That Lori! I'm telling you what-You are some kind of wonderful!

They will look great in Noel's room which is Pink and Shabby Chic. By the way, I showed my daughter and they took her breath away-She just loves them! Thank you Lori from both of us.

If You All want to see something amazing go to Lori's blog Morning Glories and Moonflowers and check out the photo's of her moonflowers. I didn't even know they existed till I met Lori.

  3. I made some blocks (though not nearly as cute as those) for my niece when she was little. They had the letters to spell her name on one side, and the other sides were pictures of family members and extended family members.

  9. Hi Robin, I was just looking at your current post and what adorable blocks, but for the life of me I can't get on their blog or their e-mail. Am I doing something wrong? I mean I know how to do it, it just didn't work. Hope you had a nice week-end. I'm still in Chicago till wed. Hugs, Tracey

  10. Those are so cute Robin. I think that Noel is the most amazing name. I can think of all sorts of wonderful things that could be made for her.

I appreciate all your kind words. You are always so thoughtful. How was Spokane? Did you make it?

We had plenty of food by the way. I suppose if we hadn't though, I could have made a call to you and gotten what was needed. So generous in your offerings.
    Have a great week :)

  11. How cute these are!! Too sweet. We got our Allie on Christmas Eve & were going to have her middle name Noel. But when you can't officially name them until the adoption is final which was almost 18 months later. The name just didn't fit her anymore....
