Glam It Up With Glitter...

Glittered Pumpkins...
Outside they sparkle in the night...
***********************************************************************
Supplies you need:
Fine Glitter-I love Martha Stewart's
Fake pumpkins
Elmer's glue
Artificial leaf and covered floral wire
I like using newspaper to work on and paper bowls for the glue...
Glue the stem first and sprinkle with desired color of glitter-LET DRY~
Glitter the leaf and coiled floral wire at this time allowing them to dry...
Brush glue onto pumpkin and sprinkle on orange glitter...
Note: If you do this over newspaper (NOT the one you got glue on) then you can just fold the newspaper at the crease and easily put the leftover glitter back in it's bottle.
~Pumpkins in the daylight~
Hot glue leaf on and stick coil floral wire into pumpkin stem ~ Add a few fall touches and you have an easy fun fall craft!

  3. This is soo cute, and I would totally buy some already made. I know I always come to your blog and whine about hating to do crafty stuff. It's just because I'm so jealous of your creativity.
I need you to rub some off on me.

  6. OH so cute.

I am sad you got rid of your Christmas trees from the shop. I love having different trees in every room. I will post about them once I get them up. Can't I do it before Halloween? No, if I did I would have no room for these great pumpkins. m

  36. I love those pumpkins! I have had these paper mache ones on hand to glitter up, and still haven't got around to it! Thank you for showing us how to do it! Do you think the paper mache ones will work, and should I paint them a color that matches the color of the glitter first? Or maybe I should just buy fake already-orange pumpkins at the craft store?
