~even the less colorful hummers are beautiful~
Word Of The Week: Isaiah 53:5~ But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Absolutely stunning, Robin! How can anyone doubt that God is real when you look at something so breathtaking?! Lori
ReplyDeleteIs it raining today?:-)
I agree Lori~I've never understood how people can't look around and not believe that God is real. What I have found is usually they have been hurt and can't believe a loving God would allow bad things to happen. They don't understand that it rains on the just and the unjust. (Matt 5:45) My heart goes out to these people because I myself wouldn't have made it through the bad times without the Lord.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of rain...None here today-We will be going thru a warming trend this week (do I sound like a weather girl on the news or what?) :)
Have a great day!
I agree with both of you ladies!
ReplyDeleteRobin I would be more than happy to share some rain with you. I'll see what I can do!
hugs, Linda
Robin,

ReplyDeleteBye bye.♥☺
I thought of you this week when we were at the zoo and there was a little hummingbird flitting around. We took some nice pictures of it! It was the first time I had seen one in real life. I am thinking of getting some hummingbird feeders now. I wonder if hummingbirds live on the coast...
ReplyDeleteGo to my blog.
ReplyDeleteBye bye.♥☺
It is so hard to comprehend that kind of love. I am so overwhelmed at times by it. I am so grateful.
ReplyDeleteI love that song- by his wounds we are healed.
Thank you so much for the reminder of the sacrifice that our Savior made for us. I love the hummingbird picture too. Thanks Robin, for your beautiful Sunday posts.
Beautiful hummingbird. Roo has tried so hard to get a picture of one....but it just looks like a blob!
ReplyDeleteGreat verse--God loves us so much that He would rather die than to let us go.
Hi Everybody-Hey Thank you so much for the compliments on the hummer pictures I took. I don't know what it is about hummingbirds but they bring me joy and I love taking photos of them.
ReplyDeleteLinda: Could you share some rain with Darlene over in Oklahoma too? :) 106 degrees there-OUCH!
Heffalump: That's so nice you thought about me~! I used to live in Oregon and yes...Hummers love the coast as much as I do! Put a couple of feeders out-It won't take them long to show up. Are you going to share those pictures on your blog? :)
Jan: Thank you for your Sunday posts! :)I think you're a gift.
Amy: Tell Roo to keep trying and let Roo know that I have to delete A LOT more photos then I keep! Those hummers don't like keeping still for very long! :)
That is an amazing picture. You must have a ton of patience. It's got to be a lot like fishing, keep on casting and hoping for that keeper. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI am planning on posting the Hummer pics we took for a Wordless Wednesday sometime soon.
