Friday's Find...


What do you get when you take a...
... inexpensive ($5.56) plain pink battery operated Chinese lantern...

...and add 2 bags of....
...scrapbooking flowers...

...with...
...Glue Spots?



These are great for little girl parties/decor.
 They weren't warm to the touch anywhere on them even after 8 hours of being on. They have LED lights in them.
(Read manufactures instructions on usage.) 

*There are so many cute scrapbooking supplies that would be cute on these. Maybe trucks and cars for a boys party on a blue or green lantern. One could go crazy with ideas for a theme party!

  3. This is a fantastic idea Robin. It's so pretty and easy to do and doesn't cost a lot. In a couple of weeks time our Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee. Everyone has a day holiday and street parties are planned everywhere. The shops are full of red, white and blue stuff. I could imagine your lanterns decorated for the Queens Jubilee in those colors and it would look wonderful. mmmmm you have me thinking now. I always get such inspiration from my visits to your blog.
