Darla: It was 70 degrees there-Such a perfect afternoon. Yes, I have been doing my arm exercises and have noticed a difference as has my family. I did fall into a small snow covered crevasse up by the mountain and mangled up my leg a bit. Sadly that's not the bad part-I'm dealing well with that but have had some issues with my right arm since the doctor insisted on me getting a tetanus shot. Brother. So I haven't lifted this week. I don't want to get out of practice though, cause I'm loving my arms! I'll put a pic on next week of us up there and me in a sleeveless shirt. :)
Do be careful.. those tetanus shots hurt I know. I haven't done so well with keeping up with doing the arm excercises...when my hip and knee hurt it puts me in a funk....looking forward to seeing your buff arms!
Darla, The tetanus shot turned out to be worse then the mangled leg! Unreal. I lagged on the arm exercises last week. We ended up golfing a total of 54 holes, hiking and doing a lot of running around. I am actually sore this morning from it all! I am going to hit the arm exercises hard again this week cause I do love what it's doing. I hate that you have problems with your hip and knee... I know that funk feeling and I don't like it. I will pray for you friend.
Tristan: Yes, you do need snow and so does that daughter of yours... I'm sure it would help clear up that asthma of hers. We have this year round being Mt Rainier isn't far from our home. Come visit anytime!
