Arm Update...

I had a blogger friend ask me if I was still doing my arm exercises...
So I decided I better give a update!

Yes, I am still on the "Six Weeks to Sleeveless Program."
The photo above of me messing around, shows a "little" bit of change in my arms.  Family members have mentioned that they have seen a difference too. My daughter's exact words were, "Wow mom, you're getting buff!"

I missed a week while on vacation.  It wasn't that I was on vacation so much but that I injured my leg at the beginning of our vacation. Sadly, it wasn't the leg injury that messed my exercise routine up...It was the tetanus shot my doctor ordered me to get in my right arm! Yowza!

I have recovered and I'm back on my 3 times a week exercise routine.
I really believe it works, it's EASY and you see a difference QUITE fast.  My tee off in golfing has improved immensely due to my arms being stronger.
I've noticed my abs are tighter too.
This is something I will continue even past the 6 weeks.

It's not too late to join in~Click HERE to see the program video.

Remember keep that belly button pulled in! ;)

    1. Thanks Terra... I am really shocked how fast I'm seeing a difference. Not just in the shape of my arms but strength wise.

  6. Looking good there, Robin! I definitely see more conture...not that you didn't have it before, mind you! I am continuing to do my own thing with free weights. I'm afraid I won't remember to look at the video often enough to get the hang of it.Keep up the GREAT work!
