Oh I am so jealous! We have around 15 inches or so of snow on the ground right now and March is typically our snowiest month (in SD). So... we have awhile yet before we see any spring. :o)
Oh Robin I am so envious, we just shoveled 6 inches of new snow off of the door steps and now it's snowing again. I just can't wait to see some green and new buds. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Robin Love the beautiful pictures and glad that spring looks to have arrived in your part of the world. We had not seen any weather forecasts this weekend so imagine our surprise to find 3/4 inches of snow when we opened the curtains this morning! It's melting fast but will be ice by the morning. Please send some spring our way. Lindsay x
We just got back from a week in Seattle, it was beautiful. All the years visiting I'm not sure that I have seen all the mountains like this past week! Hannah was fascinated with the Spaceneedle. Our weather in MI not quite so spring. We're expecting snow tonight.
I'm so jealous- and I think Daisy is too- it's been a long time since she's gotten to bask in the sun! We still have PILES of snow! We are sooooooo ready for spring!
Oh, it's been SO great!!! I feel like the doggie - sit in the sun and close my eyes . . . ahhhhhh. I'm just wondering how long this will last, though. After all, it's only February! Sigh.
i just love your blog...i have it bookmarked. your photographs are wonderful. and thanks for the tutorial for the bigger pictures. i'm anxious to try it out, but right now just too tired. foggy brain. have a great week.
While we did enjoy warm weather (35 degrees) we are not even close to spring. Closer, but still a bit yet. Many years, March is out snowiest month, so I will have to enjoy your pretty buds! Kate
Sister, it has been pouring here. Caroline and I got soaked going from the driveway to the breezeway. Craziness. Glad to see you are enjoying the weather. XOXO
We had BEAUTIFUL weather in central Alabama this weekend also. I'm SO READY for spring. However, we had thunder during the night and I've always heard the saying "thunder in February" means frost in April on that date....Frost on April 22??? We'll see.
The weather has been amazing here the last few days. We are all enjoying it. I live further north than you, but the weather has been the same--gorgeous! BTW, Jenni and I were talking the other day how neat it would be to meat you IRL. If your ever interested let us know.
We had a beautiful, sunny weekend with temperatures around 60. No flowers blooming yet. It was great to be able to spend time outdoors after 3 snowy weekends in a row--so unusual for NC. Keeping my fingers crossed that Spring really is coming soon....
