    1. Cherrie, I think you SHOULD visit Western Washington-It's a far cry different from Arizona! P.S. It's a cold rainy week here but everything is green and beautiful... Saturday is supposed to be sunny!

    1. Thanks Melody-Mae,
Everybody seems to live up North! I'm down South! It WAS such a beautiful week last week. I'm hoping it warms up this weekend, we have hiking plans. I have to laugh though, we would hike regardless! I know you understand! :)

    1. Lucy,
Me too! I was bummed though, we missed the hummingbirds this year. They're usually all over in the bushes around the road going into Ruby beach. I think we got there a bit too late in the season and just missed them. I was shocked how many people were there-One young lady was wearing her wedding dress getting pictures all around the beach. It's a great place for photography!

  4. Peaceful!!

and honestly..I couldn't even tell you..bahaha. I do think that the one I took today (those wordless wednesdays were taken yesterday)..she is standing in front of cows with the biggest sweetest smile on her face! My new camera is amazing me..I could have taken that pic with my old one and it wouldn't have looked as good, never! Oh..and the one with the brick wall in the orange outfit I took last week..bahahha..I tend to get a new favorite every week :) I need to learn how to do that! What kind of craft store do you have to go to? Our nearest Joanns is an hour and so a way..LOL...however, our dinky little walmart is updating that section!

    1. Tristan: I asked what was your favorite picture because I am still experimenting making these necklaces and I needed a new subject. I'm not saying it's going to turn out perfect or turn out at all but we will see. I got my supplies at a craft store called Ben Franklin's BUT if they start turning out really cute I will buy the supplies online (cheaper) I'm so thrilled you love your new camera-I love my new one too. Such a difference-My old Nikon was 7 megapixels my new one is 16.2 megapixels!

    3. Hey Rhonda,
No, not the 42x zoom~My hubby bought me the Nikon D5100 DSLR. It came with lenses, leather case, you name it-Even a free photography school DVD. He got it at Costco and gave it to me last Christmas. I love it! The 42x looks pretty cool though!

    1. Oh... I wish you were here too...We would have so much fun. It's funny, your weather in England is so much like ours here in Seattle! 75 degrees is about as hot as I can handle...70 degrees is perfect! :) That statement makes me laugh being I'm originally from sunny Southern California! The older I get the more mellow I want my temps~

  8. Yes 70-75 is perfect for me too. Anything over 85 and I struggle. The first time we visited Florida it was 95+ and I thought I was going to die. I got a new car a month ago and it has Air Con. We've never had it before in a car and it was so nice today to drive home from work in the cool.
